At SOUTH.ST, we want you to love your street-style essentials, so we offer a flexible 30-day return policy for all unworn items in original packaging. Please note that sale items and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
